If you have a problem with your existing ancillary equipment on your roots blowers, yet the blower and drive motor are still serviceable, consider replacing the ancillary items with a new base plate and silencer combined. The change over is fast and simple and the base comes with all necessary fittings.
- Any make blower or exhauster and drive motor can be fitted.
- Assembly fast and simple. No drilling required.
- Comes complete with slide rails, non-return valve, drive guard, flexible connection rubber and clips, anti vibration mounts and mounting flange for blower.
- Standard colour RAL 5001 (blue). Available in other colours or finishes at extra cost.
- Combined discharge silencer totally reactive therefore acceptable in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- Compact freestanding design.
- More economical than the capital outlay for a new blower assembly.

Automatic No Load Start Valves |

Gradual loading of the blower as the valve closes against building pressure. Saves drive belt wear and reduces power consumption on start up. The standard unit is an adjustable mechanical device and no electrical supply is required. For time controlled closing a solenoid valve is available. |
