• Commissioning
  Aerzen install the machines we have supplied to put them into operation.
  
• UK Workshop
  All repairs for UK and Irish customers are carried out at our extensively equipped workshop in Loughton, UK. We will first examine and assess your machine and then provide a detailed diagnosis and quotation before proceeding with any work.
  
• Machines to exchange
  Should repair expense be too costly we can
  offer you an attractive price on a rebuilt exchange machine. These are machines that have been repaired and then closely inspected and checked on the test bench to assure good quality in a rebuilt machine. All standard sizes are available from stock.
  
• Spare parts supply
  Aerzen can supply quality genuine spare parts for standard machinery in stock. In urgent cases we send by courier the same day. For larger plants a bespoke spare parts package can be prepared.
  
• Repairs to be made locally
  When time is short we will repair machines at your company, plant or site.
  
• Support, Service, Maintenance
  In order to give the best support we are offering a complete package of service contracts that include everything from a simple inspection up to a 10 year entire maintenance contract. This is our Planned Maintenance Service (PMS)
