The Aerzen control device ASG 200 offers more than just monitoring.
The successful blower units DELTA BLOWER made by Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH, designed for the conveyance of air and neutral gases, are applied especially in the pneumatic conveyance of bulk goods, however, also in many other fields, such as engineering plants and water economy. With totally 16 sizes the DELTA BLOWERS cover intake volume flows from 30 m³/h up to 15.000 m³/h and overpressures up to 1.000 mbar or negative pressures up to 500 mbar in nominal widths from 50 up to 400.
Especially in the pneumatic industry and sewage water technology, application of frequency-controlled machines becomes more and more common. Reasons for this are the optimal adjustment by means of corresponding speed control and resulting energy-saving operation. Besides standard indications, such as intake, and discharge pressure as well as final and oil temperature, the Aerzen control device offers a memory error report for possible failure analysis.
The indications are available in different languages and country-specific units.Primary advantages of the Aerzen control device are the possibility of digital data transmission by a serial interface, a data remote control with modem as option as well as the user-friendly advice in view of service and maintenance intervals.
