Aerzen process gas compressor optimized!

The Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH has manufactured screw compressors for more than 50 years for special designs in the materials processing industry and, therefore, has multiple knowledge of different application ranges.
The well-known Aerzen process gas screw compressor VRO has now been subject to a complete product optimization. In order to offer shortest planning and delivery times at a maximum amount of flexibility, the compressor as well as the plant engineering have been subject to a consequent standardization.
A complete modular construction is available to the customer now, so that the optimum adjustment to all requirements of process gas technology can be ensured and an excellent price / performance ratio is the consequence. Further features of the new generation Aerzen process gas compressors are the convection cooling of the compressor casing, a separate oil system as well as the interchangeability of the sealing variants among themselves.
The heart of the compressor unit, the dry-running screw compressor, can be delivered in 12 variants with swept volume flows from 600 m³/h to 120.000 m³/h and therefore presents the world-wide largest series. Practically all gases can be compressed. In case of single-stage compression differential pressures between 7 and 12 bar are standard. Regarding multi-stage design discharge pressures of 25 bar, max. 40 bar, but also vacuum pressures smaller than Pe -0,9 bar are achieved.
For adjustment to the different process gases, rotors made of steel or special steel and casings of nodular cast iron, steel or special steel casting can be selected. The Aerzen modular construction offers carbon labyrinths for sealing of the conveying chamber as well as oil- and gas-purged mechanical seals which can be selected without any modification of the casing construction. The same applies to the most different types of drive. No matter if the drive is effected directly or via a shift gear, by electric motors or steam turbines, the application of proven components guarantees maximum safety.
