Screw Compressors

Aerzen Screw Compressors VMY with oil injection and installed volume control for refrigeration industry (series .56) are designed for intake volume flows from 444 up to 2.700 m³/h at driving speeds corresponding to 50 or 60 c/s and a pressure increase (single-stage) up to 25 bar.

These controllable VMY screw compressors of series .56 for refrigeration cycles are available in 6 sizes, making it possible to adapt the performance to any operating requirement.
The VMY is the ideal choice for a whole range of process gas and industrial applications, where reliability and low operating costs are prime requirements. The VMY-compressor is a machine with downward delivery. The rotors are positioned horizontally in the housing, the profile is a 4+6-profile. The male rotor directly drives the female rotor; there are no timing gears.
